Clelectrical (officially clanderselectrical) is a domestic installer electrician registered with napit and trustmark for electrical work. i opereate in the north somerset, bristol and bath area primarily.

i hold public liability insurance (5m) and professional indemnity insurance (500k) for all electrical work i complete. this is provided by napit insurance(hiscox underwriters ltd)

any feedback, both good and bad can be made via my builder if the job was requested via them.

any complaints should ideally be raised as soon as possible by either email or text message. these will be logged sand reviewed and you should receive a response within 24hrs explaining next steps to resolve the complaint (site visit, partial or full refund etc).

if you feel that your complaint isnt being fairly handled or that you are not satisfied with the response you may also complain to napit directly who will then handle the complaint.
